The site is situated within 200m of the entrance to Mascot Railway Station. The site is at the centre of the Mascot Station Town Centre precinct. The area is well served by public transport, shops, cafes.  and with the area undergoing transition will be provided with an increase in the amount and choice of dwellings, public open spaces and retail & commercial spaces.

The development comprise 3 buildings containing the residential dwellings. The 3 towers range in height from 9 – 14 storeys with a total of 95 units.

Commercial and retail floor areas are located on the ground floor of each street-facing side of the building, activating the area as it is undergoes transition. The development contains 3 levels of car parking along with bicycle parking.

The aesthetics of the buildings relate to their urban design qualities, their context, and environmental design strategies.

The built form responds to its mid-block location, and is responsively proportioned. The building’s composition, materials palette and built elements respond to their context.

The project is due approval in early 2015 and construction will begin early 2016.
