This development on a prominent corner site opposite Ashfield Railway Station. One retail level and eight residential levels are proposed in this mixed use development. Two residential buildings containing 129 apartments are above a 1200sqm supermarket and 400sqm of speciality shops.
The proposal meets the clients needs whilst fulfilling many objectives of the Ashfield Town Centre Strategic Plan. These include a through-site link, widened footpaths and contextual fit within the town centre.
The design exceeds environmental design standards for solar access and natural ventilation.
